The local municipality is taking strict & proactive measures due to Covid19. At this point, Medellin doesn’t have too many cases…but they’ve been watching the numbers grow exponentially in countries that didn’t take preemptive measures.

The result is Pico y Cedula. Pico = Peak and Cedula is your National ID card. You can only be out and about on the days the last number on your ID is indicated on the info graph. In my case I can only be out on Monday and Thursday. Being out has its limits as well: grocery shopping, medical, banking, and walking your dog for no more than 20 minutes.
